Matt Kozma, Managing Partner

A seasoned executive, Matt brings strategic perspective and innovative approaches to accelerate and grow business. He readily translates between C-suite leaders and technical and operational staff elements to synchronize communication and shape and execute vision.


Prior to founding Navisink Partners LLC, Matt Kozma served as the Intelligence Community Chief Information Officer (IC CIO responsible for leading the 18-member Intelligence Community’s information technology (IT) transformation, protecting the IC’s Information Environment, and serving as the primary advisor to the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) for information management, technology, and assurance. He was also responsible for the enterprise architecture and infrastructure investment and activities alignment, ensuring integration and interoperability, across all 18 IC elements.


Earlier, Mr. Kozma served in numerous positions supporting the DoD, IC, and private sector on efforts spanning space, intelligence, and cyber research and development, acquisitions, operations and international partnerships.


Matt Kozma received his commission as a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy having completed double major degrees in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics. He continues to serve as a Colonel in the Reserves. He also holds a MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and a MBA from American University’s Kogod School of Business. He has completed post-graduate education at MIT and Harvard.
